WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?

The photographs are digitally printed on one of two options: Archival Matte or Hahnemühle Photo Rag papers

Photo Rag® is Hahnemühle's flagship paper and the most popular paper chosen by fine art photographers and artists to create high quality fine art prints. The fine, smooth surface and feel of Photo Rag® make this paper very versatile and it is ideal for printing both black and whites, colour photographs and art reproductions with impressive pictorial depth and detail. Photo Rag® is a white, 100% cotton paper with a smooth surface texture – guarantees archival standards. With its premium matte coating Photo Rag® meets the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper.

This Archival Matte Paper features a smooth surface, heavy weight (230 g, 9.5-mil), neutral white, matte paper engineered for accurate color reproduction that provides high contrast and high resolution output. This paper is acid-free making it the perfect choice for both photography & fine art reproductions.

WHAT is the difference between the two wall mount options for the painting prints?

Thin Gallery Wrap:

The canvas print will be mounted over .75 inch thick (depth) stretcher bars and the image will wrap on the sides with a fraction of an inch around the back. These are usually hung without a frame. Great option for smaller prints given as gifts and mementos.

Thick Gallery Wrap:

The canvas print will be mounted over 1.5 inch thick (depth) stretcher bars and the image will wrap on the sides with a fraction of an inch around the back. These are usually hung without a frame.

What if I want a print size that isn't listed?

DO YOUR PRINTS COME FRAMED OR DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?

Animal Totem Prints are offered with frames. Photographic prints are not.

HOW CAN I HANG MY PRINT without a frame?

There are a million and one ways to hang a print without a frame. I'd recommend searching on pinterest for an idea that suits your style!

HOW DO YOU determine YOUR SHIPPING PRICES?

Domestic shipping is USPS ground and is included in the price.

Do you ship internationally?

I absolutely ship internationally. I have a flat fee of $35 for international purchases. If you feel this is too high for the country you live in, shoot me an email at lindsey@thrubeauty.com and we can explore other options.

Does everything ship together?

In an effort to cut down on cost and waste, prints and greeting cards ship separately from apparel items. Prints ship from the printer in the Midwest. Apparel ships from the printer in either the East or West Coast, whichever is closest to your location.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRINT?

It will take 3-7 days for your order to be shipped, and shipping time will be determined by USPS and international shipping standards.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT TO YOU ACCEPT?

All major credit cards are accepted through our service provider, STRIPE, which is simple and secure.

WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Prints are shipped in a professional manner, with appropriate packaging for safety and security. If, by chance, your package arrives damaged, please email me at lindsey@thrubeauty.com.
